“I am aware that I’m rare.” I saw that as a t-shirt and should have gotten it. Been looking for it every since. It pretty much sums me up. I’ve “decided” to be free. We often live so encumbered with what others/society tell us we should be. I thank God for all the great influencers who have shaped my life and who encouraged me to be my best me. I can honestly say I’ve had mentors, colleagues, friends and family from all walks of life who have poured into me and accepted that at times I can be radical and a little bit twisted. I often feel sorry for my husband! 😄. He has patiently endured my weirdness for 30+ years. I thank God for my brother Rick Grant who is the one person who will pull my coat tails when I get a little too close to that edge. But sometimes you have to decide it’s okay to be a little bit twisted. That said, I’ve “decided” to be free.
