In the last season there comes a time when we come face to face with end of life. We are forced to make hard decisions to release our loved ones back to God. We stand together heads bowed and hands joined in prayer. Waiting for the last breath. Waiting. We must cherish the memories and the blessings of the years we have been given. We remember. We laugh. We cry. When there is a life well lived, there is much to be thankful for. There is joy in the tears. There is love in every memory.
We remember.
We laugh.
We cry.
We wait.
Until we see him again. Face to face. In the presence of the Almighty. Hallelujah.
Good night Big Daddy. Thank you for being my father in love. Never a father in law. I’ll see you in heaven.
Good night.
