2020 and so far 2021 has felt like a mountain of despair. “I would have despaired had I not believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living”. (Psalm 27:13) Yet....there is hope. For our world, for our nation and for you and me. We honor Dr Martin Luther King’s wisdom and leadership today. We pray that as our nation transitions to new leadership this week that they would lead wisely looking to Him for wisdom. Meanwhile we wait with great expectation for a better tomorrow. For the realization of a dream deferred. For peace and for unity in care for all people.
